I wouldn’t even call this a conditioning hike. I only did the Tiger Mountain Lowlands, Wetlands Trail, Bus Trail, Around The Lake Trail, Swamp, Brink, etc. Not much elevation gain, 4.5 miles but it was a beautiful day and I enjoyed the forest. I like being outside and not on the couch.
I will get in some more vigorous workouts next week. Today, I just had fun.
